LAREDO, Texas — CBP Announces Renovated SENTRI Enrollment Center
The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Office of Field Operations has completed renovations to the Secure Electronic Network Inspection (SENTRI) Enrollment Center at the Laredo Port of Entry. This upgrade is part of a larger effort to enhance the experience for trusted travelers.
Improved Customer Service for Trusted Travelers
“This renovation demonstrates CBP’s dedication to providing efficient and secure processing for SENTRI applicants and members,” stated Port Director Albert Flores of the Laredo Port of Entry. “The improved facilities will create a better enrollment experience while maintaining the integrity of our trusted traveler programs.”
SENTRI is a CBP program offering expedited clearance for pre-approved, low-risk travelers entering the United States. The primary advantage is significantly reduced wait times at designated ports of entry.
Eighteen Years of Service
For 18 years, the Laredo Port of Entry’s SENTRI Enrollment Center has assisted applicants by reviewing applications, conducting interviews, verifying biometrics, and completing necessary application information.
